A guide to how our 2-person deliveries work
TentBox models are high-value items, so it's important that someone is present to sign for the delivery. We cannot leave the TentBox at your address unless you are there to sign for it.
Once you have ordered your TentBox, our delivery partner Rhenus will be in touch to arrange a delivery date that works for you. Please make sure you are available at your chosen delivery address on the date that you booked the delivery.
