What to do if your TentBox order has not been delivered

Once you've received a shipping notification email, our delivery partner Rhenus should be in touch within a couple of days to arrange a delivery date that works for you. If this hasn't happened yet, please accept our apologies for the delay.

To get a delivery update, you can either contact Rhenus directly on +44 333 577 5771, or alternatively contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Remember, the date stated on the website is the estimated shipping date, not the estimated delivery date.
